Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic restaurant sanitation
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and engaging attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends
- Willingness to respond to emergencies and callouts
- Ability to maintain composure under stress

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and make menu recommendations
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Present checks and handle payments efficiently
- Prepare alcoholic beverages following recipes and sanitation standards
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of bar and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow directions from supervisors
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by onsite Food & Beverage leadership
