Job Duties

  • This individual will provide top-tier service to members and guests in our dining rooms, bar, and at special events
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a refined, member-focused environment
  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to members and guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
  • Ensure all member and guest needs are anticipated and exceeded
  • Process transactions and manage tabs with accuracy and discretion
  • Set up, break down, and assist with private events, banquets, and club functions
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
