Job Duties
- Deliver warm, professional hospitality from greeting to goodbye
- Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming remember your name experience
- Engage with regulars and make first-timers feel like they’ve been coming for years
- Confidently guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- Work both the floor and bar as needed, providing seamless service in either role
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy, speed, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized section and/or bar while staying attentive and efficient
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-quality service every shift
