Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service in the dining room and banquet facilities with immediate attention to guests upon seating
- Accurately and efficiently complete food and drink orders and service
- Pour and refill all beverages including wine, coffee, and water during service
- Clear soiled dishes as needed
- Set up and clean banquet rooms and dining room according to banquet event orders (BEO)
- Perform banquet setup tasks as delegated by supervisor or manager
- Clean all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room
- Assist in closing functions by removing soiled linens, bussing glasses, dishes, and silverware, vacuuming, cleaning and resetting the room
- Perform additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager
- Other duties as assigned
