Physical stamina to stand and move fast-paced for up to 4 hours

Job Duties

Cleaning and sanitizing following detailed cleaning checklists for all departments including restrooms
Following and completing cleaning checklists including high touch point checks
Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keeping stations and areas neat and clean using the clean as you go method
Sweeping, wet mopping and/or brushing floors as needed or directed by manager
Wiping down chairs, barstools and tables as directed by management
Assisting with glassware cleaning and restocking
Pre-bus and bus tables
Restocking server stations
Running food to tables
Supporting servers and bartenders
Promoting excellence, cooperation and teamwork
Other duties as assigned
