Job Requirements
- Availability for at least 3 shifts per week including weekends
- Ability to work night shifts
- Guest-focused mindset with a great attitude
- Minimum of 3 years serving experience
- Experience in high-volume hospitality settings
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Capacity to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
- Must work in person at the Downtown Phoenix location
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years serving experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Familiarity with Toast POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
