Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is an advantage
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly using their names when possible
- Engage with guests reflecting refined restaurant standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests ensuring personalized service
- Provide expert menu recommendations based on in-depth knowledge
- Take and accurately input food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly maintaining quality presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Serve beverages in compliance with all regulations
- Maintain well-stocked station for efficient service
- Clear and clean tables ensuring readiness for next guests
