Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- willingness to learn new skills including bartender cross-training

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
- collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food and beverage service
- manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
- anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
- process orders payments and checks using the POS system efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
- assist with clearing tables setting up event space and side work tasks
- follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
- perform other duties as assigned by management
