Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • willingness to learn new skills including bartender cross-training

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
  • collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food and beverage service
  • manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
  • demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
  • anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
  • process orders payments and checks using the POS system efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
  • assist with clearing tables setting up event space and side work tasks
  • follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
