Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of carrying trays and performing physical tasks
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented with the ability to operate POS systems accurately
- a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
- eagerness to learn and take on new challenges including cross-training as a bartender
- physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- flexible schedule availability including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
- collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food and beverage service
- manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
- anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
- process orders, payments, and checks using the POS system efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
- assist with clearing tables, setting up event space, and side work tasks
- follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
- perform other duties as assigned by management
