Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capable of carrying trays and performing physical tasks
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • detail-oriented with the ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
  • eagerness to learn and take on new challenges including cross-training as a bartender
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • flexible schedule availability including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
  • collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food and beverage service
  • manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
  • demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
  • anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
  • process orders, payments, and checks using the POS system efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
  • assist with clearing tables, setting up event space, and side work tasks
  • follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
