Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fine dining or premium service environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute positively to company culture
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Understanding of wine service and beverage programs
  • Commitment to learning and professional development
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
  • Handle POS system quickly and efficiently at all times
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance guest experience
  • Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guest's dining experience
  • Execute proper wine service and have extensive knowledge of the beverage program
  • Assist other employees willingly in their tasks
  • Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift while checking out with the manager on duty
  • Notify manager of guest complaints, equipment issues, or breakage affecting service quality
  • Demonstrate leadership with job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand
