Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fine dining or similar hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge of American Italian and French cuisine and beverage service including wine
  • Ability to handle POS systems efficiently
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Commitment to team collaboration and exceptional guest service
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
  • Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always
  • Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience
  • Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience
  • Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program
  • Happily assist other employees in their tasks
  • Perform station opening and closing and side work duties each shift checking out with the manager on duty
  • Notify the manager of any guest complaint issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service
  • Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise flexibility positive attitude initiative organization communication skills and enthusiasm
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand
