Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining or similar hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of American Italian and French cuisine and beverage service including wine
- Ability to handle POS systems efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Commitment to team collaboration and exceptional guest service
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
- Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always
- Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience
- Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience
- Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program
- Happily assist other employees in their tasks
- Perform station opening and closing and side work duties each shift checking out with the manager on duty
- Notify the manager of any guest complaint issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise flexibility positive attitude initiative organization communication skills and enthusiasm
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand
