Job Requirements
- Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience with POS systems a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining or premium restaurant service preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wine and patisserie
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work full-time 40 hours per week
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
- Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always
- Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible
- Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience
- Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program
- Happily assist other employees in their tasks
- Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift always checking out with the manager on duty
