Job Duties
- Be a guest ambassador by greeting every guest with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude
- Guide and delight guests by presenting menus and offering recommendations
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated
- Serve food and beverages promptly while checking in for guest satisfaction
- Manage tables efficiently, including pre-bussing and resetting for smooth dining flow
- Handle payment transactions accurately and warmly thank guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold company standards
