Job Duties

  • Be a guest ambassador by greeting every guest with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude
  • Guide and delight guests by presenting menus and offering recommendations
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while checking in for guest satisfaction
  • Manage tables efficiently, including pre-bussing and resetting for smooth dining flow
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and warmly thank guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain efficient service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold company standards
