Job Duties
- Be a guest ambassador greeting every guest with a genuine smile and welcoming attitude
- Guide and delight guests by presenting menus, offering recommendations, and answering questions
- Take orders precisely ensuring dietary restrictions and special requests are clearly communicated
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while checking guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Manage tables efficiently by pre-bussing and resetting to maintain smooth dining flow
- Handle payment transactions accurately and warmly thank guests
- Collaborate with kitchen, host staff, bussers, and fellow servers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area upholding restaurant standards
