Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic math skills
- ability to communicate in the predominant language of guests
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- basic math skills for money handling
- ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
- basic communication skills in the primary guest language
- knowledge of point-of-sale system operation
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
- embody the brunch life and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate effectively with guests in the primary language
- understand and follow dining room and service procedures
- handle money and operate a point-of-sale system responsibly
- stand for long periods during shifts
- safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
