Job Requirements

  • Have a firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
  • be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
  • be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
  • embody the brunch life and create a little lagniappe for guests
  • communicate effectively with guests in the predominant language(s)
  • follow dining room and service procedures
  • operate point-of-sale system and handle money responsibly
  • stand for up to 10 hours during shifts
  • lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
