Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • possess basic math skills and handle money responsibly
  • ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
  • ability to safely lift and maneuver trays frequently weighing 20 to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • basic math skills
  • previous customer service or food service experience preferred
  • effective communication skills
  • knowledge of dining room service procedures
  • ability to operate point-of-sale system
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
  • embody the brunch lifestyle and create raving fans through exceptional service
  • communicate effectively and understand guests' predominant language(s)
  • apply basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
  • handle money responsibly and operate point-of-sale system
  • stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
