Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
  • Ability to communicate in the predominant language(s) of guests
  • Basic math skills to handle money
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25lbs
  • Experience in food service preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests in their predominant language(s)
  • Understand basic dining room and service procedures
  • Operate point-of-sale system and handle money responsibly
  • Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
  • Deliver a memorable dining experience with a touch of lagniappe
