Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pick up shifts on weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Criminal background screening clearance
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant or customer service is helpful but not required
- Be friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome
- Maintain a positive attitude, especially during busy times
- Be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
- Be observant and help keep the dining area clean and safe
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
