Job Requirements

Ability to pick up shifts
Available for weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Criminal background screening required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service preferred but not required
Friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome
Stay positive and maintain a good attitude especially during busy times
Be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
Ability to maintain cleanliness and help keep the dining area tidy and safe

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
