Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 3:30pm to 6:30pm
- Ability to pass criminal background screening
- Valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to obtain within 30 days, unless approved exemption
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required
- Friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome
- Ability to stay positive during busy times
- Patient and understanding when residents have requests or concerns
- Attentive to cleanliness and safety in the dining area
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
