Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Willingness to undergo criminal background screening
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to obtain within 30 days unless exempted

Job Qualifications

Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required
Friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome
Stay positive, especially during busy times
Patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks
