Job Requirements
- Criminal background screening required
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to obtain it within 30 days unless exempt
- Ability to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to stay positive especially during busy times
- Patience and understanding towards customer requests or concerns
- Attention to cleanliness and safety in the dining area
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
