Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 4pm-7pm shifts and some weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or customer service preferred but not required
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Positive attitude during busy times
- Patience and understanding when dealing with guests
- Attention to cleanliness and safety in the dining area
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks
