Job Requirements

Availability for weekday morning shifts
Ability to pick up additional shifts including afternoons and weekends
Ability to work part-time hours
Willingness to undergo a criminal background screening
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required
Friendly and approachable demeanor to make guests feel welcome
Ability to stay positive and upbeat during busy periods
Patience and understanding when handling customer requests or concerns
Attention to cleanliness and safety in the dining area

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks
