Job Requirements
- Availability for weekday morning shifts
- Ability to pick up additional shifts including afternoons and weekends
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background screening
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and kitchen staff
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to make guests feel welcome
- Ability to stay positive and upbeat during busy periods
- Patience and understanding when handling customer requests or concerns
- Attention to cleanliness and safety in the dining area
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks
