Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Available to work full-time hours from 11am to 7:30pm on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Willingness to undergo criminal background screening
- Commitment to COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved exemption
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles preferred but not required
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Positive attitude especially during busy times
- Patient and understanding when handling customer requests or concerns
- Observant to maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas
Job Duties
- Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
- Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
- Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
- After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
