Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work full-time including weekends
Good communication skills
Ability to follow food safety standards
Criminal background screening required

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or customer service preferred but not required
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Positive attitude in busy situations
Patience and understanding with customer requests
Attention to cleanliness in dining area

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
