Job Requirements
- 16 years or older, pending specific state requirements
- successful background check and drug screen, state specific
- health screening and TB tests, state specific
- ability to work holiday and weekend shift schedules
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- prior experience with one-on-one customer service interaction preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests and family members in a prompt, professional and courteous manner, and escort for proper seating
- take, prepare, and serve beverage orders
- take orders and process transactions, using the Point-of-Sale system
- prepare and serve orders, according to the established health and presentation standards
- clear and clean dining room tables in a prompt and efficient manner
- sanitize and clean the pantry, kitchen, and dining room areas, as outlined according to health and safety standards
- perform side-work and any opening and closing duties as required, such as washing dishes, and keeping stations clean and organized
- alert management to any customer food, service or safety concerns
- ensure guest satisfaction with excellent customer service skills
