Job Requirements

Willingness to work 32 hours per week including days and evenings
Must be willing to work weekends
Ability to communicate clearly with residents and kitchen staff
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food service areas
Commitment to undergoing criminal background screening
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to vaccinate within 30 days unless exempted

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required
Friendly and approachable demeanor to make guests feel welcome
Positive attitude, especially during busy times
Patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
Ability to notice and maintain cleanliness in dining area

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
