Job Requirements
- Experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred
- Knowledge of menu planning and fine dining service is advantageous
- Proficient in food preparation cooking techniques and food handling practices
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Strong culinary skills including knife skills and meal preparation expertise
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests presenting menus and providing information about daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all guest requests are met
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner adhering to presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining the integrity of the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables utensils and condiments
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices
