Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Previous serving experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests and answer their questions
- Guides guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders
- Processes guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Understands restaurant seating layout and serves food within designated server areas
- Maintains communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Provides excellent customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
