Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely with guests
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests
- Is aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures receipts match the number of guests dining
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
- Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures
- Follows safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of coworkers and guests
- Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Follows local health department laws
