Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine-dining or high-end hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to meet food handling and sanitation certification requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends 6:30am to 2:30pm
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-end, fine-dining establishments such as 5-star restaurants, private clubs, or luxury hotels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced training or certification in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Ability to provide knowledgeable and courteous service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Food handling and sanitation certification as required
Job Duties
- Deliver attentive, refined, and professional service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest's dining experience exceeds expectations, following Spring Hills' elevated standards
- Prepare dining tables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper placement of fine linens, polished silverware, and glassware, contributing to an elegant dining environment
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and personalized service, engaging with residents to ensure their preferences are understood and accommodated
- Offer menu guidance and suggestions, demonstrating expertise in food and beverage offerings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, adhering to health and safety protocols while fostering a pristine and inviting dining atmosphere
- Work closely with the culinary team and dining staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding resident satisfaction
