Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced or fine dining environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Skilled in multitasking and managing time efficiently
- Knowledge of sushi and Japanese cuisine is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Server/waiter/waitress preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Availability to work lunch service, dinner service, scheduled days as required
Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly with a smile and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt service from seating to final check to ultimately finishing the meal and exiting the restaurant
- Guide guests through the menu, offer suggestions, and answer questions about sushi and beverage options
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders, with close attention to detail to reduce and eliminate mistakes
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff and hosts, to provide a smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
