Job Requirements

- Minimum of one year in hotel or restaurant serving role
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers and calculators

Job Duties
- Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
- Monitor food distribution ensuring meals are delivered to correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented or buffet is appealing
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
- Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
- Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
- Assist with bussing tables
- Perform various other duties as assigned
