Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- no previous experience required
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean work environment
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team and independently
- prior customer service experience beneficial but not required
- basic math skills
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- take food and beverage orders and serve customers promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving areas
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- handle cash and process payments including immediate tip payouts
- assist in restocking supplies and setting up dining areas
- work weekends and holidays as scheduled
