Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service preferred
- California Food Handler permit
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to pass TB screening
- Ability to pass health screening
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D. preferred
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
- California Food Handler certification
- Understanding of quality customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Set up the meal service area prior to meal periods
- Deliver meals promptly and efficiently to residents and guests
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service throughout meal service
- Clean up the meal service area after meal periods
- Ensure dining areas are tidy and properly maintained during service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management about service needs
- Follow health and safety regulations during food service
