Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.
- previous experience in food service preferred
- valid California Food Handler certification
- ability to pass post offer pre-employment tests including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen, and health screen
- ability to provide friendly and congenial customer service
- commitment to uphold Eskaton’s inclusivity values
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D. preferred
- previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
- valid California Food Handler certification
- understanding of quality customer service philosophy
- ability to engage positively with senior residents
- basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Set up meal areas before service
- deliver meals to residents in a timely manner
- clean up after meal periods
- provide friendly and congenial service to all residents
- ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during meal service
- assist with any special dietary needs or requests
