Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to three months related server experience preferred
- Meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol
- Possess current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
- Ability to apply dining standards effectively
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by being knowledgeable about the resort and dining area
- Write orders and relay food and beverage orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages and clear tables following service etiquette
- Connect with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Work as a team following direction from Lead Server or Food and Beverage Manager
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and return correct change
- Notice and report potential safety or customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
