Job Requirements

  • minimum 5+ years experience in fine dining or Michelin star rated restaurant
  • knowledge of wine pairings
  • preferred experience in fine dining Mexican cuisine restaurant
  • knowledge of the Forbes standards
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
  • must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently
  • kneel or crawl occasionally
  • infrequently climb a ladder
  • must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently
  • squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • punctual and reliable
  • must be available Tuesday to Saturday

  • presenting food and beverage options to guests
  • submitting guest menu selections
  • memorizing menu and wine pairing options
