Job Requirements
- minimum 5+ years experience in fine dining or Michelin star rated restaurant
- knowledge of wine pairings
- preferred experience in fine dining Mexican cuisine restaurant
- knowledge of the Forbes standards
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- refined verbal communication skills
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently
- kneel or crawl occasionally
- infrequently climb a ladder
- must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently
- squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to work well under pressure
- the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- basic math and computer skills
- punctual and reliable
- must be available Tuesday to Saturday

- memorizing menu and wine pairing options
- giving recommendations and upselling menu items
