Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of fine dining or Michelin Star restaurant experience
- Must be able to memorize and recommend menu and wine pairings
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat frequently, and kneel or crawl occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Must stand for extended periods
- Excellent verbal communication
- Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Availability Tuesday – Saturday for dinner hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in fine dining or Michelin Star rated restaurant
- Knowledge of wine pairings
- Preferred experience in fine dining Mexican cuisine restaurant
- Knowledge of Forbes standards
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality, excellence and genuine hospitality
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Present food and beverage options to guests
- Submit guest menu selections accurately
- Memorize menu and wine pairing options
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Engage in casual and professional conversation with guests
- Upsell menu items and wine pairings to enhance experience
- Process guest payments correctly upon departure
- Assist with general restaurant preparation and cleanliness
- Maintain a sanitary dining environment
