Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years experience in fine dining or Michelin Star rated restaurant
- knowledge of wine pairings
- preferred experience in fine dining Mexican cuisine restaurant
- commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- ability to repetitively lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
- ability to twist, bend, squat frequently
- occasional kneeling or crawling
- infrequent ladder climbing
- ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- ability to stand for long periods
- punctual and reliable
- must be available Tuesday - Saturday
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
