Job Requirements

  • One or more years of fine dining server experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
  • Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
