Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a fine dining setting
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and accommodating attitude
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and make recommendations
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
- Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
