Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fine dining setting
  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and accommodating attitude
  • Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and make recommendations
  • Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
  • Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
