Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station and dining area
