Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years due to alcohol service laws
- Previous fine dining server experience of one year or more
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Legal eligibility to work in the country
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed menu information and responsibly recommend food and beverage selections
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables and service stations
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
