Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of one year fine dining server experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Good physical stamina to handle long periods of standing and walking

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including alcohol service laws
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
