Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience
