  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to work flexible schedules
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Must be at least 18 years old for alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience
