Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and accommodating manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials
- Take and accurately record customer orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Handle payment transactions and close out tables accurately
