Job Requirements

- Minimum one year fine dining server experience
- Legal age 18 or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner adhering to fine dining standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any special requests or concerns
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
